Who is Fernanda
I started with one client in Winter Park and a car full of supplies. I still clean, and I still answer the phone.
I came to Orlando from Brazil and opened this company in 2019. For the first two years it was only me, so every habit in the team today is a habit I built myself, in someone's kitchen, on a Tuesday.
Today we are a small crew, and I keep it small on purpose. I want to know your dog's name, remember that you hate the smell of bleach, and answer you in English, Portuguese or Spanish, whichever is easier for you.

Are you bonded and insured?
Yes. Fernanda's Cleaning Services carries general liability and a bond covering the team inside your home. We can send the certificate before your first visit.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
We bring everything: vacuum, microfiber, mop and products. If you prefer we use your own products, leave them out and tell us in the text thread.
Are the products safe for pets and kids?
Our standard line is fragrance light and safe once surfaces are dry, usually about fifteen minutes. Dogs and cats can stay home, just tell us their names and where they hide.
How does pricing work?
Recurring cleaning starts at $129 per visit, deep cleaning at $249 and move in or move out at $299. The final quote depends on size and condition of the home, and you get the exact number by text before we book anything.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, up to 24 hours before your slot, no fee and no contract. Inside 24 hours we try to move you to another opening in the same week.
Is there a discount for recurring cleanings?
Recurring plans cost less per visit than a one time clean, and weekly costs less than every two weeks. The saving shows on your quote, no code needed.
Do I need to be home?
Not at all. Most clients leave a code or a key. We lock up, text you when we leave and send a photo of the finished rooms.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Not happy? Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean for free. Point at the room in the text thread, that is the whole process, no forms.
